I was appointed as a Trainer/ Designer for design intervention of local craft of Pakistan. The project was funded by US Aid. I conducted trainings in rural areas regarding contemporary design style and small scale business development. I developed good relations with artisans, understanding their way of living and thinking. Also, worked with local organizations named SRSO (Sindh Rural Support Organization) and SEF (Sindh Education Foundation). Appeared on local TV channels, creating awareness amongst people that craft is the leading identity of any culture and supporting it is in nation’s greatest interest.
