I am a 35 yrs. old U.S. resident from Romania and I have a 12 years experience as a Social Programs Coordinator for a Romanian NGO called SERA ROMANIA Foundation (www.sera.ro) which is a part of CARE FRANCE (www.care.org).
My job involves both administrative and managerial tasks regarding construction/rehabilitation of orphanages, residential and day care centers for abused/handicaped/HIV infected children, supervising birth control programs in remote rural areas or implementing so-called local “consultative committees” that are to assess and solve ordinary social issues without allerting higher authorities in Romania and Republic of Moldova. I have been working with private and governmental funds exceeding 1,000 000.00$ and I am familiar with PHARE and USAID programs.
