Throughout my professional life I have gained 20 years of experience working in different positions related to the project management cycle. Among the functions within the development policy area were the representation at political and diplomatic level, the participation in the set-up of strategic sector proposals, project design and implementation, coordination of country programmes, editing of development research papers and the facilitating of workshops.
My professional experience comprises the promotion of SMEs and enterprise policy, the fostering of democracy as a way of life, good governance and state reform (descentralization).
