FAQs for Recruiters


+ What services does provide? provides 2 major services to recruiters:
  1. Job Postings: If you have position within the international development field that needs filling, you may wish to post a job on the site. You can choose from basic, standard or top jobs. We charge a fee to post standard or top jobs.
  2. CV Database: We maintain a job seeker CV database, which you can browse & filter here. It is free to browse the profiles. In order to get full access the uploaded CVs, you must purchase monthly database access.


+ What are standard and top jobs?

We offer 2 types of job, that generate different levels of visibility and user interest: Standard and top jobs. Full details of what each type of job provides as well as the cost of each is available here.

+ How soon will my job appear on the site?

Jobs appear on the site as soon as we have checked the content. This will happen quite quickly during office hours, but more slowly at other times.

CV Database:

+ How can I find candidates that match my needs?

You can filter the profiles using the checkboxes on the left hand side of the CV database age. Clicking on a job seeker will provide you will a summary of the job seekers education, skills and experience. In order to download their full CV you will need to purchase monthly database access.

+ How much is access to the CV database?

1 Month CV Datbase Access:

Savings of up to 22% are available when purchasing database access for longer periods.

+ How can I purchase CV database access?

If you have already registered and logged in, simply click "CV Database Access" from the "my account" menu. Select the currency and period of your choice. You may pay for membership by credit card (via paypal) or by bank transfer.

+ I've paid for database, but can't download CVs.

  • Credit or debit card: If you have paid via Paypal using a credit or debit card, your Jobs4Development credits should be available virtually instantaneously. If this is not the case then the paypal payments system may be under heavy use. Simply log back into you account in a couple of hours and your membership should be active. If your balance has still not changed after a couple of hours, please contact us
  • E-cheque (a transfer from your bank account) If you paid via Paypal using an "e-cheque" your credits will only be added once the funds have cleared. This usually takes 5 to 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from paypal when the funds have cleared, after which your Jobs4Development account credited automatically.
Bank Transfer:
  • We will update your membership and send a confirmation email once your bank transfer has cleared.


+ I can't log in.

+ Can I get a receipt for my purchase(s)?

Of course you can! Login to your account, then click "my receipts" from the "my account" menu. You'll be able to view and/or print a receipt for your purchase(s).
